that apply to your enrolment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>User Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All users must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use the Platform only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the confidentiality of login details and not share accounts with others.<\/li>\n<li>Respect the privacy, security, and rights of other users.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure parental\/guardian consent has been obtained for users under the age of consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prohibited Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The following behaviours constitute misuse of the Platform and are strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Security Violations: Attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt services, upload malicious files, or undermine the integrity of the Platform.<\/li>\n<li>Inappropriate Content: Posting, uploading, or sharing material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.<\/li>\n<li>Disruption: Behaving in ways that interfere with learning, such as disruptive conduct in online workshops.<\/li>\n<li>Impersonation or Misrepresentation: Misusing another person\u2019s identity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Intellectual Property Infringement: Copying, redistributing, or exploiting course materials, content, or software except as expressly permitted under the Terms.<\/li>\n<li>Harassment and Bullying: Engaging in conduct that harasses, demeans, or intimidates other users, educators, or staff.<\/li>\n<li>Commercial Use: Using the Platform or content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Reporting Misuse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you become aware of any misuse of the Platforms, or suspect a breach of this Policy, please notify us immediately through the contact channels provided their role. Verified Teachers have access to additional content and student management functionality.<\/p>\n<p>Registered User accounts must not be shared between multiple users or transferred to another user by updating the account details in the platform. Re-using a Registered User account for multiple people is a breach of our Terms of Use.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
